We partnered with T-Mobile this year to give families in Wrightwood the opportunity to write the next chapter in the Little League® story, regardless of their situation. Thanks to the generous support of T-Mobile, financially challenged families in our community can apply for the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant, which is focused on helping to cover registration fees associated with Wrightwood Little League for the upcoming season! Little League and T-Mobile share the belief that every kid should have the chance to play ball. Check to see if your family qualifies!
Beginning on TODAY Monday, January 11, 2024, families will be able to apply for funds to assist with paying league registration fees during this upcoming season.

The program offers a simple-to-use online application and is available to families in need with proof the child is currently receiving Medicaid benefits, SNAP or WIC, so long as funding is available. Please note, documents will need to include the child’s name and eligibility/issued dates (within the last 12 months or have a future expiration date) verifying their low-income status in order to complete the application. Physical cards for Medicaid, SNAP or WIC that do not provide current dates and the child’s name will not be accepted. It is our hope that the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant will provide much-needed support to families in our community. We are extremely grateful to T-Mobile for their incredible support of the Little League program and for sharing this passion for offering every kid the chance to experience Little League.

Parents & Guardians, follow these easy steps to apply for the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant.
If you are attempting to take advantage of early registration windows, please ask for the full amount for your league (up to $150) in your application. If you’re approved in time to take advantage of the early registration fee, any additional funds will be returned to help another family in need.
1. Gather eligibility documentation needed in order to be approved for a Call Up Grant. Documents must show the child’s name as well as effective dates within the last 12 months. One of the following documents will be required with the application:
• SNAP Enrollment document with dates
• WIC Enrollment document with dates
• Medicaid Enrollment document with dates
2. APPLY for the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant. Applications open Thursday, January 11, 2024. Families will be notified if they qualify within 5-7 business days.
3. FUNDS will be provided directly to the family in need (to maintain confidentiality) via electronic debit card. Payment will be provided in the notification email for application approval. |
